When the pass-happy New Orleans Saints selected Mark Ingram in the first round back in 2011, it seemed like an odd fit. Ingram is a downhill, between-the-tackles power runner. Still, his addition sparked hope that the Saints might develop a two-way attack with Ingram slamming rushes up the middle. It hasn't played out that way, though, as Ingram managed just 3.9 yards per carry each of his first two seasons and just 1.8 yards on his 17 carries this season. He skipped Week 3 with a toe injury, soon after Jason La Canfora reported that the running back may seek a change of scenery soon.
