With secondaries forced to key on superstar A.J. Green, it seems like we should have seen Cincinnati Bengals No. 2 WR Mohamed Sanu pump out a good statistical game by now. His production has increased each week -- 4 receptions for 19 yards in Week 1, then 5-40 in Week 2 and 4-68 in Week 3 -- but he hasn't had a genuine breakout game. He's averaging five targets per contest, though, so he has been involved, and the 68 yards last week was his best mark as a pro. Could he notch his first 100-yard game in Week 4 against the Cleveland Browns?
