Last season, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers averaged a middle-of-the-pack 24.3 points per game. After six games this season, they are only averaging 14.3 PPG, which is the second-worst mark in the NFL. Their scoring prowess isn't likely to take a sudden leap forward Thursday evening when they face the Carolina Panthers, either. That's partly due to red-zone issues and partly due to the absence of RB Doug Martin.
