It may be several months until they have to make a formal decision, but the Kansas City Chiefs are on the clock, as they have control of the No. 1 overall pick in the 2013 NFL draft. They have a new coach in Andy Reid and a new general manager in John Dorsey, and they have some huge decisions to make through free agency and the draft. Obviously, they need a legitimate starting quarterback, but there aren't any clearly elite options like there were last year when Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III went No. 1 and No. 2.
