Did Peyton, Gase violate CBA?

UPDATE: Whether the NFL believes that OC Adam Gase and QB Peyton Manning violated the CBA when they were hosted by Alabama coach Nick Saban recently remains to be seen, but Saban doesn't think there was a problem.

"Saban told The Denver Post on Friday night he never met with quarterback Peyton Manning and offensive coordinator Adam Gase together two weeks ago, strengthening the Broncos' case that no NFL rules were broken," wrote Mike Klis and Troy E. Renck.

Still, there may be some gray area of concern, since Saban said that Gase and Manning were together, even though it was, "only to say hello and B.S. with each other."

The NFL is looking into the situation, so we should hear something from the league down the road.

Per ESPN Alabama/SEC reporter Alex Scarborough, Nick Saban hosted Peyton Manning and Denver Broncos offensive coordinator Adam Gase last week for two days.
