More hints on Eagles at No. 4

The Philadelphia Eagles had one of the busier offseasons of any NFL team, saying goodbye to their long-time HC Andy Reid and eventually landing Chip Kelly as his replacement. Thereafter, they made a significant number of moves to solidify positions up and down the roster. Based upon the thoroughness of those signings, there aren't really any "need" positions heading into the draft, which means that they've been a tough team to nail down when it comes to projecting who they'll select at No. 4 overall.
