After four NFL seasons, it remains unclear just how good, or bad, Josh Freeman is. Consider the ups and downs of his quarterback rating: 59.9 (2009), 95.9 (2010), 74.6 (2011) and 81.6 (2012). Some of that fluctuation has to do with the talent surrounding him over the years and the learning curve that any young QB will experience while learning the ropes as a pro. But it appears that while the Bucs organization as a whole has bought into Freeman, his coach is still not quite fully on board, according to the Tampa Bay Times' Eric Holder.
