Streater a breakout candidate?

In the NFL, opportunity is arguably as important as skills when it comes to projecting what sort of stats a player can post. A player can have all the skills in the world, but it doesn't mean a thing if he doesn't get a chance to shine. Opportunity is why Rod Streater is an intriguing player as we head toward the 2013 campaign. As an undrafted rookie, Streater caught 39 passes for 584 yards and 3 scores with the Oakland Raiders last season and turned some heads when he had seven receptions for 196 yards and a TD over Weeks 13 and 14 last season.
