An early look at baseball's top trade targets

The major league season is underway and it’s never too early to look at the most likely players to be traded between now and the trade deadline. The early list of trade targets will come mostly from National League teams that are either tanking, rebuilding or not expecting to contend this year -- highlighted by the Atlanta Braves, Philadelphia Phillies, Cincinnati Reds, Milwaukee Brewers and San Diego Padres. There are also several bad-contract players who are available, including Pablo Sandoval of the Boston Red Sox.
