Best bets for Cincinnati Bengals at Cleveland Browns

With one full week in the books, the NFL resumes with an AFC North matchup on Thursday.

Both the Cleveland Browns and the Cincinnati Bengals lost their season openers. The Browns were blown out by the Ravens in Baltimore 38-6. The Bengals lost a tight one at home to the Chargers 16-13.
