Zac Veatch's value is in his versatility

Ask Broken Arrow (Okla.) coach Steve Spavital about where three-star Zac Veatch will play on the next level, and you may get four or five different answers.

Truth is, Veatch, one of the top tight ends in Oklahoma, can line up at defensive end or center or linebacker or H-back or even wide receiver. It's that versatility that made him such a hot commodity in the recruiting circles, and the 6-foot-4, 250-pounder recently ended his process with a verbal pledge to Oklahoma State.

"They are fifth in the nation [AP football poll], and they have a great coaching staff," Veatch said of the Cowboys. "The facilities there are great, and my mom liked that it was only two hours away from home."
