Only five weeks into the college football season the playoff race appears to be wide open, as even the supposed best teams in the nation have yet to establish their dominance. Helping to guide the week-to-week hysteria is the strength of the running back position, as the FBS has been blessed with an influx of talented runners the past couple of years.

Last week we took a look at the best running backs in the country, and this week we'll take a look at one particular aspect of the position: making tacklers miss and creating yards after contact.
