Ginn, Jarrett lead charge of best game breakers

This is not a Heisman Trophy preview.

That's why there's no mention of quarterback Brady Quinn (Notre Dame) or running back Adrian Peterson (Oklahoma).

Instead, this is a breakdown of what I consider to be the 15 biggest game breakers in college football.

Some of the other Heisman candidates might have a greater impact over the whole season, but these 15 dynamic athletes are best-equipped to swing a game's momentum with just one touch of the pigskin:

1. Ted Ginn Jr., WR/RS, Ohio State
Despite Ginn's notching 51 catches on offense and returning two kicks for scores, it's safe to say his sophomore campaign was a disappointment. Word out of Columbus, though, is that Ginn is a changed man.
