Andrew Luck's stock is falling

Now that Week 11 of the college football season is in the books, here is my stock report from this past weekend's games. As always, I'll examine players who played well during the weekend and helped their stocks rise while also looking at the players who disappointed and caused their stocks to fall. This week, a couple of offensive prospects in the Big Ten helped their stocks rise.

Stock up

Oregon Ducks RB LaMichael James

Oregon has recruited a handful of five-star athletes with better size, strength and speed, but none of them have James' anticipation and feel for this offense. He's not 100 percent healthy and he muffed a punt on Saturday, but James was still the biggest reason Stanford couldn't keep up with the Ducks. The Oregon running back had 146 yards and three touchdowns. If Oklahoma State loses to Oklahoma, it will likely come down to Alabama, Oklahoma and Oregon as the candidates to play LSU for the BCS title game. Oklahoma might get the vote because it's an original matchup, but it might be easy to argue that Oregon is playing the best football of the three when the time comes.
