ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The Michigan football coaches aren't taking all the credit for Michigan's improved defense this season.
"Whatever we do, it's the kids executing it," Brady Hoke said. "We haven't gone out and played one snap. We haven't taken on a block. We haven't done any of that. It's the kids."
The defensive group that seems to be the most improved this season is the front four. That's also the group that needs the most replenishing next season. The only starter to return will be junior defensive end Craig Roh. Seniors Ryan Van Bergen, Mike Martin and Will Heininger are graduating.
