ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- For most of the last 16 years, the Henderson household has been fairly tame. But this summer, there has been a bit of smack talk.
For years, 2014 quarterback Caleb Henderson (Burke, Va./Lake Braddock) had been coached by his father, Eric. But now, after transferring from West Potomac, where Eric was head coach, to Lake Braddock, where Eric also moved to become the defensive coordinator, emotions have shifted and the in-home rivalry has begun.
"He'll talk at the dinner table a lot about his plans to stop me on offense so I just counter that with how I'm going to beat his defense," Caleb said. "It's going to be a lot of fun these next few years."
