College football is becoming more and more about the spotlight and which individuals are in it.
And there are a few who are most assuredly not: any wide receiver at Texas.
The reason for the latter is twofold: First, put bluntly, the Longhorns were not good at wide receiver last season. (Garrett Gilbert's passing game didn't exactly help.) Not one Longhorn appeared in the Big 12's top 10 in receptions. Broyles (131) and Blackmon (111) nearly had as many receptions as the entire Texas team (262).
