Hutchings, De La Salle win again

CARSON, Calif. -- The team photo wasn't complete. For a few moments, there was something -- and, perhaps more importantly, someone -- missing.

When Michael Hutchings finally emerged from the back of the pack, with trophy in hand, photographers fought for position and aimed their cameras. A wide smile plastered on his face, Hutchings, sitting front and center, laid the wooden trophy on his lap as his Concord (Calif.) De La Salle teammates raised their index fingers.

"It's a great feeling," Hutchings said. "I'm going to remember it for the rest of my life."
