Not going anywhere

The rain may have stayed away from Autzen Stadium on Saturday night, but the thunder of the USC Trojans' offense and the umbrella of their defense shocked the Oregon Ducks in a heart-stopping 38-35 victory that left fans on both sides wondering if this wasn't the official return to the elite by the storied Men of Troy.

You remember the Trojans, the team the NCAA tried its hardest to nuke. The team that can't have celebrities on the sidelines or at practice like the Oregon Ducks can. The team with the group of players forced to pay the price for the misdeeds of others.

What a difference one night can make, especially one on national television.
