Oklahoma wooing Michigan State commit

November, 25, 2006
Oklahoma, in search of a quarterback of the future, seems to be making some headway with one of the nation's top prospects at the position. Keith Nichol, a long-time Michigan State commit, will receive an in-home visit from head coach Bob Stoops and quarterback coach Josh Heupel Sunday, according to Keith's father Gary Nichol.

According to his father, Nichol is still committed to the Spartans and is standing by his commitment.

"He plans to stay the course and wants to stand by his commitment, and he wants to do so until he has had an opportunity to meet the new head coach at Michigan State," said Gary Nichol.
