Who should replace AI, Nash?

Can't believe I'm saying this, but David Stern actually has to look at positions when he makes his latest round of injury-replacement selections for the West All-Stars.

With Steve Nash and now Allen Iverson dropping out, there is a serious shortage of ballhandlers on the West squad. Tony Parker is the only recognized point guard still on the roster and Kobe Bryant and Tracy McGrady are the starting guards.
