The Major League Baseball draft is unique from the drafts of other sports for a few reasons. Aside from length, there is a much longer process for baseball draftees making an impact at the professional level. For fantasy purposes, the draft can be irrelevant for most. That said, it can be very important for multiyear formats. It also can be important for re-draft leagues as a handful of players can make it to the show much quicker than others.

With that in mind, here are the 10 players drafted this year to keep an eye on who may be here sooner than later:
