Karablog: Which Brewers reliever is the one to have?

Jeremy Jeffress is likely Milwaukee's top option if you're going after saves. Patrick Gorski-USA TODAY Sports

Three Milwaukee Brewers relief pitchers are rostered in at least one-third of ESPN standard leagues, and each boasts a save in the past fortnight, so fantasy managers are indeed confused about whom to trust. Right-hander Jeremy Jeffress zipped through the Cubs lineup for his 11th save on Monday, and fanned two in the process. Lefty Josh Hader faced six Cubs in the previous two innings and struck each of them out, needing a mere 24 pitches to do so, getting more swings-and-misses than several starters did for the day. Right-hander Corey Knebel retired four Giants on Sunday for his 15th save.
