Getting Defensive: Week 2

Fantasy defenses just don't get the respect they deserve. They are an afterthought at the draft table, and even more of an afterthought each week as owners set their lineups. For proof of this, look no further than the Buffalo Bills. In Week 1, the Bills allowed only 10 points, notched an interception, recovered a fumble and returned a punt for a touchdown. That impressive 19-point performance made them the equal of Matt Forte, Hines Ward and Jay Cutler, so you'd think they'd be the talk of the fantasy world. Even better, Buffalo's next three matchups are against Jacksonville, Oakland and St. Louis, all of whom have serious offensive issues. And yet, at last check, the Bills were still owned in only 34.8% of leagues.
