Football followers are as fickle as my kids:

First, one of the most prolific quarterbacks in college football history gets poked and prodded by personnel men during the summer evaluation process, to the point that they simply have to find something wrong with him. Then, the BMOC-turned-draft bridesmaid sours more opinions with a brief holdout and fails to beat out QB Kurt Warner for the Cardinals' starting job. No wonder the pretty boy fell to No. 10.
