How much are steroids worth to a pitcher?

Here's how much, according to new research: They can take a guy with a 35th-percentile fastball and make him average, and take a pitcher with an average fastball and boost him to the 65th percentile. So just think about the difference it might make to a borderline-dominant pitcher like, say, Roger Clemens.
