I love my dad. The guy is my hero.
He's reinvented himself four different times during his adult life, from hospital administrator to high-end retailer to tire company owner to, now, real estate wheeler dealer. He runs marathons. He rides his bike 100 miles. When I was in college I can't tell you how many times he came down for parents' weekend and I heard this over the loudspeaker in some bar: "I need Chad Millman and all his buddies lined up for Wild Turkey shots, right now!" It was him. Once, while driving me to grammar school, he was feeling sick. He opened the door of the car while it was moving and puked out the side. Then he dropped me off and went to the office.
