Anaheim's long wait is nearly over. For the first time since eliminating Detroit in Game 4 of the first round on Apr. 16, the Mighty Ducks get to play a game when they go to Dallas for Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinals Thursday night.

They're one of the healthiest and most well-rested teams in the playoffs, but the Mighty Ducks might have a hard time shaking off the rust when they return to game action against the regular-season conference champs.

"The first 10 minutes in the first game are always a concern when you've had time off," Ducks head coach Mike Babcock said. "At this time of the year, when you're waiting around, you want to play. But you also want to finish your series as fast as you can. The break has allowed us to get fresh, get re-energized and really prepare."
