Finding the 'difference-makers'

In the playoffs, it's all about finding that role player who can elevate his game. Here are a couple of guys to watch closely.

Wow. That's all I can say about this year's playoffs. Buzzer-beaters, superstars being super and young guns stepping up to the challenge. It has made for an incredible start to what will be a marathon for those who ultimately make it to the Finals.

Let's take a look at who has all the ingredients to grab the headlines and make this year's playoffs their own personal stage. Every year there are players who do the intangible things that give their team a chance to win a game, series or ultimately a world championship. In the playoffs, players have to make plays and coaches have to make adjustments. I call these guys the difference-makers, because their performance ultimately determines their team's success or failure. Who will step?
