Ben Wallace is turning cultural icon before our very eyes, but if he's able to get by the Sixers and into the Eastern Conference Finals and beyond, he could turn this whole playoff thing into a freak show.

"Even when he's not blocking shots, he's frustrating guys," Allen Iverson is quoted in Newsday.

And Allen Iverson should know. He went from averaging 34.8 points in the first round to 26.6 against the Pistons in the second. But the reason the Pistons haven't been able to put away the Sixers yet is because Iverson doesn't have to bump up against Big Ben every time he shoots the ball.
