Sunday, Danny Ainge vowed that despite the Celtics' current five-game winning streak, he was still determined to upgrade the talent on his roster.

Monday, after weeks of phone calls, Ainge made it happen. The Cavaliers agreed to send high-scoring guard Ricky Davis, along with Chris Mihm and Michael Stewart, to the Celtics for Eric Williams, Tony Battie and Kedrick Brown.

While the trade is still awaiting league approval, sources expressed confidence that it would be annouced tonight.
