Composure, consistency key for Seattle

Editor's note: After a week of watching film, Football Scouts, Inc., takes an second look at each NFL playoff matchup.
The Seahawks seem to lack poise at times, especially on the road. They commit too many unnecessary penalties, make too many mental mistakes and fail to execute simple plays. They do not have many players with playoff experience, and Green Bay is not a place you want to bring a young team in the postseason. The Seahawks' poise is important, and they must overcome any jitters or nerves or they could find themselves down early.
While the strength of the Packers' defense is their secondary, the Seahawks have a talented receiving corps. As a result, Green Bay's pass rush will play a critical part in this game. If QB Matt Hasselbeck gets time to go through his reads, and the Packers' secondary is forced to hold up in coverage, the Seahawks passing game could be productive.
