USC wide receiver Mike Williams is expected to be the first sophomore to apply for the NFL draft since Maurice Clarett won his case against the NFL, forcing it to change its eligibility rules. While he is only 20, he is a rare talent who is ready for the next level and should be a top-five pick if he enters the draft.

While the Clarett ruling will change the draft forever, it is Williams' decision to forego his final two seasons at USC that will have the most significant impact on this year's draft. There is no question Williams should be a top-five pick, and that will cause several other key players to drop down the board.
