San Jose Sharks: If you can figure out why the home team has lost every game of the Western Conference finals so far, then here's another hard-to-figure riddle: How could the San Jose Sharks come up with such a stinker in Game 5's 3-0 loss to Calgary one night after dominating the Flames 4-2 in Game 4?

Every team has the kind of game that San Jose had Monday night. Although the Sharks' flat effort came at one of the worst times possible and confused their head coach, Ron Wilson. "You could almost sense that halfway through the second period that we just didn't have the energy to mount much of an attack," Wilson told the San Jose Mercury News.

Calgary Flames: After the Flames had lost two consecutive games at home to let the San Jose Sharks tie the Western Conference finals, we should have expected to see another big game from Calgary captain Jarome Iginla in Game 5 on Monday night. It was, after all, a pivotal game, which he has made a habit of coming up big in this postseason.
