Tampa Bay Lightning: After playing a combined 1,752 regular-season and playoff games, 40-year-old Dave Andreychuk has finally made it to the Stanley Cup finals. "I'm a living example of a guy who had been in the league that long, who never got the chance to play for the Stanley Cup. I've been preaching that ever since I got to Tampa. And I think that really sunk into them," Andreychuk told The New York Times.

Tampa Bay forward Cory Stillman's production has slipped in the playoffs since scoring a career-high 80 points in the regular season. But a Cup finals matchup against the team for which he began his career should provide more motivation for the 30-year-old winger.

We're going to have to talk and write about the games more than off-ice verbal wars. That's because Tampa Bay Lightning head coach John Tortorella vowed not to get into it with Flames coach Darryl Sutter. "I have too much respect for that man, Darryl, with Calgary and their team and how they have done it. Don't expect me to be involved in [anything]. This is the finals," Tortorella told the Tampa Tribune.
