March, 16, 2010
Carrick Felix, a swingman from the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls (Idaho), made history Tuesday when he gave a verbal commitment to Duke, becoming the first junior college player the program has taken under Mike Krzyzewski.

CSI assistant Josh Dees confirmed Felix's commitment with ESPN.com.

"Duke was on him the entire year; you figured they'd get him eventually," Dees said. "Carrick is really good kid, we're all happy for him."
