ESPNU Terrific 25 prospect Ricardo Ledo (Providence, R.I./South Kent) confirmed he was headed to South Kent next year via text message on Thursday night. Ledo, who is currently in St. Louis for the Nike Hoop Jamboree, becomes the fourth prominent newcomer to join coach Kelvin Jefferson's prestigious squad for next season. He is joined by Kadeem Jack (Queens, N.Y./Rice), the widely pursued big man who will do a post-graduate year, UConn commit Maurice Harkless (Queens, N.Y./South Kent) and Derrick Randall (Brooklyn, N.Y./South Kent), the latest Patterson Catholic product to decide on his new home for next season. About to enter only his third season at South Kent after almost a decade of coaching experience at the Division I level, Jefferson has quickly developed a reputation as one of the top recruiters in the tri-state area. However, amidst all of that talent -- both incoming and of years past -- Ledo has the potential to go down as Jefferson's best player yet.
