If you ever doubted the impact March Madness has on recruiting, just look at Michigan, which picked up two commitments this weekend -- less than a week after its postseason run came to an end with a near upset over defending national champion Duke. On Friday, senior big man Max Bielfeldt (Peoria, Ill./Notre Dame) picked the Wolverines. A day later Nikolas Stauskas, a six-foot-five junior swingman from St. Mark's School in Mass., followed suit. "When I saw them take it down to the last second against Duke I really saw how coach [John] Beilein works his system and how they like to play offense," he said. "I watched that game with my dad and we were both in agreement that I couldn't find a better system."
