Florida Atlantic Owls

2012-13: 14-18 (9-11 Sun Belt)
In-conference offense: .997 points per possession (6th in Sun Belt)
In-conference defense: 1.01 points per possession (5th in Sun Belt)

Coach Mike Jarvis brings the Owls into Conference USA needing to account for the loss of two standout guards who brought both production and excitement. First-team All-Sun Belt selection Greg Gantt, who (for good reason) ate up 35 percent of the shots he could've taken in 2012-13, exhausted his eligibility. Diminutive high-flyer Stefan Moody, a second-team all-league pick as a freshman, had to leave because of academics. So Jarvis is left with a small collection of returners who put up low offensive ratings and high turnover rates (the Owls were the Sun Belt's second most turnover-prone team in conference play).
