A lot of high major assistant coaches get hired for their first head job based on their perceived ability to recruit, but not many are able to replicate their success. Fresno State's Rodney Terry is proving an exception: He lured a trio of top-100 recruits in Robert Upshaw, Cezar Guerrero and Julien Lewis.
