LSU's Smart, cleared after probe, heads to draft

Smart's recruitment by coach Will Wade became the focus of an investigation after FBI wiretaps reportedly picked up Wade saying he made a "strong-ass offer" to a person associated with Smart.

Tremont Waters hit the shot of his life to send LSU to the Sweet 16, as the Tigers furiously held off Maryland and the Terrapins' comeback from a 15-point deficit in what amounted to the best, wildest game of the tournament so far. LSU players piled on each other on the court after clinching the win.
