Round One tough to predict

At 2:30 p.m., the draft took its first big turn when the Jazz and Blazers agreed to swap the No. 6 and No. 27 picks for the No. 3. Since then, Insider has been hearing that major changes could be in store for many of the first 10 picks in the draft.

Among the biggest revelations? Raymond Felton could now go as high as No. 5. The Blazers are leaning toward taking Martell Webster at No. 6. And the Warriors are now leaning toward Ike Digou at No. 9.
