NBA Insiders Amin Elhassan and Bradford Doolittle break down the draft history, needs and potential picks of the 14 teams eligible for the NBA draft lottery this year. With some help from Chad Ford's Big Board of Top 30 prospects, we take a look at the Philadelphia 76ers.

Personnel needs: two-way SG/SF, backup PG

Major need: Since the 76ers have set out on a new direction by hiring Sam Hinkie away from the Houston Rockets to head its basketball operations department, and they have no head coach, it's not easy to identify their needs because we don't know what style of basketball Philadelphia will favor going forward. We also don't know if the Sixers will attempt to re-sign Andrew Bynum, and if they do, we don't know how durable or effective Bynum will be.
