Major disappointment. That sums up the LA Clippers' season, especially their premature departure from the NBA playoffs.

A year ago, the Clippers made a massive splash, acquiring Kawhi Leonard and Paul George in a pair of bold moves.

Now, instead of their first appearance in the Western Conference finals and perhaps their first championship, the Clippers are left to contemplate how they lost to the Denver Nuggets.

Leonard and George are potentially a year away from free agency. This offseason, the Clippers can explore extension talks with George about a new contract.
