Paul George had successful surgery on his left shoulder to repair a tear in his labrum, per a Thunder spokesperson. Recovery timetable is the same it was when he had surgery on his right shoulder a few weeks ago — reassessed around the start of training camp.

With Paul George and Russell Westbrook named All-NBA, the Thunder have had a player named to an All-NBA team for 10 straight years. That's the longest current streak in the NBA.

Sources: George out for camp start after surgery

Thunder All-Stars Paul George and Russell Westbrook both underwent surgeries Tuesday, the team announced. While Westbrook's procedure will allow him to train this offseason, George is likely to miss at least the start of training camp, sources said.

Denver's resiliency is so admirable. They are one tough group. You can tell so much of that identity comes from Michael Malone and he's injected it into his team.

He had a great first quarter, but Lillard has not been since. Denver's defense has been awesome, and it looks like the frustration is building some for Lillard.

In Game 3 it was Rodney Hood with huge bench production and in Game 4, it's Seth Curry who is cooking. The Blazers have gotten just enough at just the right times from their second unit.

Jusuf Nurkic has come out to join the Blazers on the bench. The crowd is quite excited about it, and Nurkic pumped them up even a little bit more.

Jamal Murray deserves an immense amount of credit for this game. He is very much not 100 percent but has battled his tail off. A true growing up game for him.

Lillard has been hunting that deep 3 the last couple possessions and finally squeezed enough space to get it off -- and he drilled it. You can tell he's sensing a big momentum shift and is looking for some early dagger throwing.

Much like Game 2, the Nuggets did an excellent job in the first half of getting the ball out of Damian Lillard's hands. He hasn't had an offensive eruption since Game 1, and even getting off looks at all from 3 is a chore. At some point Lillard is doing to need to shake loose and take over for Portland.

The Blazers' two in-season pickups (Rodney Hood and Enes Kanter) and making themselves some money this postseason. Kanter is overcoming his reputation as a defensive liability, and Hood is stepping up as a scorer off Portland's bench after not being able to get off it last postseason with LeBron and the Cavs.
