Grading the SEC's classes of 2006

Here's how we grade the SEC's recruiting classes for 2006 (the numbers in front of a school indicate where the class is ranked in the Top 25):

1. Florida: A
The nation's best receiver, the nation's third-best quarterback and 11 ESPN 150 players. Urban Meyer sold his program well and has gotten the prospects he needs for both his spread offense and his 4-3 defense.

4. Georgia: A
Despite QB Matthew Stafford being largely anonymous throughout the recruiting process, he is one of the top quarterbacks in the country and will compete for the starting job. Georgia added safety Reshad Jones to cap off a stellar class in the defensive secondary. On signing day they also added a top running back, Knowshon Moreno.
