Eight burning questions for our experts

As the Final Four approaches this weekend, three of our college basketball experts answer eight burning questions:

1. If you had to pick one key to Butler-Michigan State, what would it be?

Jay Bilas: Ball screen defense. Michigan State is an outstanding defensive team, and the Spartans will need their A-game to guard Butler's offense. Butler has skilled players at almost every position, and you cannot play traditional help defense. Butler has some very good shooters and guys that can break you down off the dribble. The Bulldogs set multiple ball screens from varied spots and keeps things high and wide with great spacing. Michigan State must chase Butler off of the 3-point line, and you cannot help off of the ball because the Bulldogs thrive by getting you into defensive rotations. Michigan State has to force Butler to use the screens and stretch it out.
