UCLA offers three California prospects

UCLA has been aggressive putting offers out over the last week. Offensive linemen David Barajas (Ventura, Calif./St. Bonaventure) and Isaiah Folasa (Corona, Calif./Santiago) and receiver Demorea Stringfellow (Moreno Valley, Calif./Rancho Verde) all picked up offers from the Bruins in the last week.

"I was very excited to get my first offer from a big school like UCLA," Barajas said. "I camped with them two weeks ago and they offered me the following Monday. I felt like I had a real strong camp and the coaches were paying me a lot of attention so I knew that was a good thing.

"They said they want me as a guard or center and that's fine. I've played left and right tackle for my high school team but I know I'll be able to make the adjustment moving inside. Right now, I would say I have a high interest in UCLA but I want to wait before making a commitment anywhere. I know what a big decision this is for me and I want to make sure if I do commit anywhere, I don't have any regrets later on. I really want my commitment to mean something."
