Watch List RB Keivarae Russell (Everett, Wash./Mariner) could be the best running back to come out of the state of Washington in the last 10 years. The 6-foot, 175-pounder amassed over 1,200 yards on the ground as a sophomore and accounted for 16 of his teams touchdowns. To go along with his rushing and receiving, he averaged 18 yards per kick as a return man. This season Keivarae is showing no signs of letting up. Through the first four games he has totaled over 1000 all-purpose yards and 13 touchdowns, and has even thrown a 60-yard touchdown pass for good measure. Russell possesses tremendous speed and his quickness and agility are what enable him to make tacklers miss. He displays great patience in his running at times, but most often he relies on his explosiveness to hit the hole and get into the secondary.
