It was a big weekend for FSU and the future of the program. Before the Seminoles' impressive 45-17 victory over Miami on Saturday, players who could shape both programs took the field at Traz Powell Stadium on Friday.

Whenever Miami Northwestern and Miami Central get together it promises to be a close battle with plenty of future college talent. Central currently has nine players committed to FBS programs on its roster and Northwestern has seven. If you go through the rosters from sophomores to seniors, it's estimated that over 35 future FBS players were on the field Friday night.

Four-star quarterback and Miami commit Teddy Bridgewater was up to his usual magic and scored three touchdowns (two rushing, one passing) to keep Northwestern in the game.
